We are happy to offer a refund for unused items you were not satisfied with. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for return and specify if you would like a refund or an exchange. We will instruct you on the next steps and where to send the item in case. You may send the item back using your desired shipping method at your own expense within 30 days.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
